What happens immediately after completing a subscription purchase with Intratec.

When do I get access after purchasing?

Access timing depends on your payment method:

  • Credit card or PayPal: Subscription access is granted immediately after payment identification. These payment methods are processed promptly, making them the best choice when you need data right away.
  • Wire transfer: Payment identification typically takes 3–5 business days. Subscription access begins only after the payment is confirmed — a Purchase Order alone does not activate your subscription.

For time-sensitive needs, credit card or PayPal is strongly recommended.

Where do I find what I purchased?

All purchased products are available in your private area on the Intratec website. To access them:

  1. Log in at www.intratec.us with your email and password.
  2. Click on "My Products" in the left menu.
  3. Click on the item of interest to open it.

Subscription products open as interactive online charts and data tables. Online viewable reports remain accessible for 365 days from the delivery date.

Can I add team members to my subscription?

Yes. Subscription owners and admins can add colleagues at no extra cost. All users must have a business email address from the same company domain.

To add a team member:

  1. Log in at www.intratec.us with your email and password.
  2. Click on "Users Management" in the left menu.
  3. Locate the subscription and click "Manage Users."
  4. Click "Add User," fill in the required information, and save.

The number of users included depends on your plan:

What resources are available to get started?

We provide several resources to help you start benefiting from your subscription right away, depending on how you prefer to access data:

  • Online charts: No setup required. Log in and explore data directly in your browser from day one.
  • Excel Add-In: An installation guide, user guide, and video tutorials are available to get you up and running in minutes.
  • Power BI: Pre-configured, open-source .pbix project files are ready for immediate use — no setup required.
  • API: Full documentation and a developer portal are available for technical teams looking to integrate data programmatically.
  • Support: Our support team is available via email. Technical data support (up to 3 specific questions per quarter) is included in Advanced plans.

Does access start right away with wire transfer?

No. Wire transfer payments typically take 3–5 business days to be identified. Subscription access begins only after the payment is confirmed. A Purchase Order does not activate your subscription.

Credit card and PayPal payments are identified promptly, giving you immediate access. They also carry additional advantages: no wire transfer fee (wire transfers incur an additional USD 199 charge), an auto-renew option, and protection against subscription fee increases at renewal.

Can I share my purchased data with colleagues?

Yes, but sharing permissions depend on your subscription plan:

Starter Co-workers at the same business (single domain, same country access)
Pro Co-workers at the same business (single domain, global access)
Advanced Entire business group — parent company and subsidiaries (multiple domains)
Ultimate Third-party sharing permitted

In all cases, the subscriber is responsible for maintaining confidentiality over the data. Reselling Intratec data is not permitted under any plan. Using Intratec data in external publications requires written consent from Intratec.

How do I access data I've already paid for?

To access your purchased products:

  1. Log in at www.intratec.us with the email address used for the purchase.
  2. Click on "My Products" in the left menu.
  3. Click on the item of interest on the right-hand side.

If you cannot find your products, check that you are signed in with the correct email. If you paid by wire transfer, confirm that the payment has been identified — this typically takes 3–5 business days. For the best experience, use Google Chrome or Firefox (Internet Explorer is not supported, and JavaScript must be enabled).
