User Seats per Plan
User Limits by Plan
How many users can access a subscription?
Each subscription includes a set number of user logins depending on the plan tier. Starter plans include 2 logins, Pro plans include 3, Advanced plans include 5, and Ultimate plans support up to 20 users. All logins are included in the subscription fee — there is no per-user charge.
Can different plans support larger teams?
Yes — the number of available user seats grows with each plan tier. Starter supports 2 users, Pro supports 3, Advanced supports 5, and Ultimate supports up to 20. If your team exceeds the seat count on your current plan, upgrading to a higher tier is the direct path to adding more users.
Does the number of users affect the price?
No. Adding users to a subscription does not increase the price. Subscription fees are determined by the plan tier selected and the data coverage (for example, the number of industries or countries included) — not by the number of logins. All available user seats for a given plan are included at no extra cost.
User Eligibility
Can users from different companies share one subscription?
No. Subscriptions are restricted to a single company. Only users from the same organization, sharing the same business email domain, can be added as users. Sharing a subscription with employees of a different company — such as a client or partner organization — is not permitted under standard plans.
For organizations that need to share data or access across companies, the Ultimate Plan may apply. Under the Ultimate Plan, Advanced subscribers can in some cases request usage rights transfer to another company, subject to Intratec's review and approval.
Can I add someone with a Gmail or personal email?
No. All user accounts must use a corporate email address from a verified business domain. Free email services — such as Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Outlook (personal), or AOL — are not accepted. Every user added to a subscription must share the same business email domain as the subscription owner.
Why do all users need the same email domain?
The shared email domain requirement enforces that subscription access remains within a single company. Because subscriptions are licensed for internal business use by a single organization, restricting logins to a common corporate domain ensures that only verified employees of the subscribing company can access the data.
On Starter and Pro plans, access is limited to users within the same company and domain. Advanced plan subscribers can request multiple domain access (subject to approval), which allows subsidiaries or related entities within the same business group to be added. Ultimate plan subscribers have multiple domain access enabled by default.
Access Restrictions
Can two people log in at the same time with one account?
No. Concurrent access using the same login credentials is strictly prohibited. Each user must have their own individual login. Sharing login credentials between two people is a terms violation, regardless of whether they are from the same company.
If your team needs more simultaneous access, the solution is to add individual users to the subscription — not to share a single account.
Can my team access data from different countries?
Whether your team can access the subscription from different countries depends on the plan. Starter plan subscriptions are geo-restricted: access is limited to users physically located in the country where the subscription was purchased. Pro, Advanced, and Ultimate plans offer global access with no geographic restriction on where users log in from.
The geo-restriction on the Starter plan applies to the user's physical location, not to the data coverage — Starter subscribers still receive price data for all available locations within their subscribed product.
Managing Access
Who is allowed to add users to a subscription?
Only the subscription owner and users with admin status can add new users to a subscription. Regular users do not have access to the user management settings. To add a user, the owner or admin must log in, navigate to "Users Management" in the left menu, locate the subscription, and click "Manage Users."
Only users from the same company, sharing the same business email domain, can be added.
