How to request a formal price quote from Intratec before purchasing a subscription.

How do I generate a quote during checkout?

To generate a quote, follow these steps:

  1. Add the desired product(s) to your cart
  2. Fill in the billing information
  3. Select a payment method
  4. Click "Get a Quote"

The quote is generated and available for download immediately — no payment is processed at this stage.

Does requesting a quote require a payment commitment?

No. Requesting a quote during checkout does not require any payment commitment. You go through the standard checkout flow — adding products to your cart, filling in billing information, and selecting a payment method — but clicking "Get a Quote" generates and downloads the quote without charging you.

Can I download the quote right away?

Yes. Once you click "Get a Quote" at checkout, the quote is generated and available for download immediately. There is no waiting period or follow-up step required.

Can I add multiple products to a single quote?

Yes. The quote is generated from your cart, so you can add as many products as needed before clicking "Get a Quote". All items in the cart at the time of quote generation will appear on the same document.

Can Intratec generate a formal quote on my behalf?

Yes, but this falls under Assisted Sales and carries an additional charge. When sales team assistance is needed — such as generating a quote or invoice on a buyer's behalf or handling custom documentation requests — a Representative Assistance Fee starting from USD 299 applies.

Assisted Sales is available only for certain products and plans:

  • Subscriptions: Pro and Advanced plans
  • Reports: Detailed and Premium editions

If your product or plan does not qualify, or if you prefer a no-cost option, you can generate the quote yourself directly at checkout in a few steps — no sales contact needed.

I need a quote for procurement approval — where do I start?

Start by going through the standard checkout process on our website. You do not need to contact anyone or commit to a payment to get a quote — the self-service flow handles it entirely:

  1. Add the product(s) you need to your cart
  2. Fill in your billing information
  3. In the Billing step, enter your Purchase Order (P.O.) number in the "Customer / Purchase Order (P.O.) Number" field — it will appear on the quote
  4. Add any other procurement-required details in the "Additional Information for your Invoice/Quote" field
  5. Select a payment method
  6. Click "Get a Quote" to download the document immediately

The quote is available right away, with no payment commitment.

Can I include a P.O. number or custom info on the quote?

Yes. Both are supported directly at checkout through two dedicated fields in the Billing step:

  • P.O. Number: Enter your Purchase Order number in the "Customer / Purchase Order (P.O.) Number" field. It will appear on the generated quote and invoice.
  • Custom information: Enter any additional procurement or finance details in the "Additional Information for your Invoice/Quote" field. This content also appears on the generated document.

Both fields are available to all buyers during the standard checkout flow, at no additional charge.
